Please be wary after 5 weeks my item was still showing as not been dispatched despite my dispatch date having been the 14th of July. I contacted the seller 3 times and had no response what so ever. 2 weeks on after requesting and being told I would receive a refund I still have not received my refund despite seller saying they had refunded me. Absolutely appalling customer service in fact non existent, not only have I not received present for my 3 year olds birthday but has made me concerned about making future purchases of Etsy I have neither the item or my money back over 8 weeks later. Would have given 0 rating if possible
